How is pricing determined? +
Packages are priced based on storage. Tell us roughly how many photos and videos you have (or expect to accumulate) and we'll recommend the right amount. All packages start at $10/month.
How long does setup take? +
Usually within 24 hours. We'll email your subdomain URL and login credentials once your gallery is live.
Can I bring my own domain? +
Yes — if you'd prefer a custom domain (e.g., photos.smithfamily.com), we can point your gallery there. Get in touch and we'll sort it.
What happens to my photos if I cancel? +
We'll give you a 30-day window to export and download all your originals before the gallery is decommissioned.
Is my data private? +
Yes. Your gallery is only accessible to people you invite. We don't scan, index, or share your photos. Your data is yours.
